Multi-Level is an unhurried vinyasa class, balancing breath and body. This practice takes a slower pace providing the opportunity to build proper alignment and explore the intricacies of each pose. Expect a level of challenge in this class.
Vinyasa is an active practice that includes postures to create heat, build strength and flexibility. Advanced postures may be offered, and class remains accessible to most who have some experience with yoga. This class incorporates binds, balance, and backbends and will include breath-to-movement sequences.
Enjoy an hour of movement and a moment of relaxation.
We will then transition to the floor for supported Restorative or Yin postures, held for several minutes, to access the delightful healing benefits of yoga. A balanced practice that can restore, rejuvenate, and inspire!
