A class suitable for all yogi's. Core & Restore infuses a Pilates style core workout with restorative yoga postures. It is both rejuvenating and relaxing.
An Advanced Yoga practice. Invigorating Flow is just that - an invigorating experience. If you desire to sweat and move, this is the class for you!
A great class for all levels. Power Up, Root Down is an unhurried vinyasa class, balancing breath and body. This practice takes a slower pace providing the opportunity to build proper alignment and explore the intricacies of each pose. Expect a level of challenge in this class.
This is an intermediate class and yoga experience is recommended. Vinyasa is an active practice that includes postures to create heat, build strength and flexibility. Advanced postures may be offered, and class remains accessible to most who have some experience with yoga. This class incorporates binds, balance, and backbends and will include breath-to-movement sequences.
Suitable for all levels. In this class you will experience a mixture of Vinyasa and Multi-Level Flows. Enjoy an hour of movement and a moment of relaxation.
Class will begin with standing yoga postures linking our movement with breath, creating a meditation in motion. We will then transition to the floor for supported Restorative or Yin postures, held for several minutes, to access the delightful healing benefits of yoga. A balanced practice that can restore, rejuvenate, and inspire!
An Intermediate Class. A fusion of Power Yoga + Vinyasa. An active practice that will create heat. Advanced postures may be offered including inversions and arm balances.
45 minute Vinyasa class. Early Bird Class offered to wake up even the most exhausted of yogis. Class is geared to all levels.
Perfect for every yogi, this class is made to move your body in a structured way. Experience standing postures, twists, back bends, and seated stretches to help you gain flexibility in your body and mind.
